国医大师张震疏调气机学术思想在肉芽肿性乳腺炎的运用

摘　　要：国医大师张震教授是我国中医证候学系统研究的先驱学者之一,张老结合自身70多年的中医临床与科研经验,创立了云岭中医疏调学派。其创立的疏调气机学术思想不局限于传统的疏肝理气,而是以疏理肝气、调护脾肾为基础,同时兼顾其他有关证候的统筹调治,即以肝为主体、脾肾为侧翼,兼顾其他治疗法则。疏调气机的核心或关键在于舒展肝气,恢复、调整、激活其疏泄功能,以保持人体气机的条畅运行。作者有幸拜于张老门下,受益匪浅,运用张老疏调气机学术思想治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎取得了较好的效果。Professor Zhang Zhen,a Master of traditional Chinese medicine,is one of the pioneer scholars in the study of TCM syn⁃dromes in China.He combined his more than 70 years of experience in clinical and scientific research in traditional Chinese medicine to create the Yunling School of TCM Tuning.He believes that clearing and regulating qi is not limited to the traditional soothing and regulating qi,but on the basis of regulating liver qi,regulating the spleen and kidney,and taking into account other related syndromes as a whole.That means the liver is the main body,the spleen and kidneys are the flanks,and other treatment rules are included.The core or key of the qi movement regulation is to stretch the liver qi,restore,adjust,and activate its normal function of dredging,so as to maintain the smooth operation of the body qi.The author is fortunate that he is taken up by Zhang Zhen,using the academic thoughts of qi movement regulation to treat granulomatous mastitis and achieving good results.
