浮针联合肌肉能量技术治疗颈源性失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察浮针联合肌肉能量技术(MET)对颈源性失眠患者失眠、颈痛情况及HPA轴的影响。方法按随机数字表法将60例患者分别纳入浮针联合MET组和传统针刺组。观察两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、颈痛量表(NPQ)及美国颈部残障指数量表(NDI)评分,血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CS)水平变化情况及临床疗效。结果浮针联合MET疗法在改善PSQI评分、NPQ评分、NDI评分方面均优于传统针刺组(P<0.05),在降低ACTH及CS方面优于传统针刺组(P<0.05)。浮针联合MET组治疗总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于传统针刺组的86.67%(26/30)(P<0.05)。结论浮针联合MET治疗颈源性失眠症安全有效,且在降低PSQI、NPQ、NDI评分及血清ACTH、CS水平方面较传统针刺组更优。Objective To observe the effect of floating needle combined with muscle energy technique(MET)in the treatment of cervi⁃cal insomnia on insomnia,neck pain and HPA axis.Methods According to the random number table,60 patients were divided into floating needle combined with muscle energy technology group and traditional acupuncture group.The changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI),Neck pain Scale(NPQ),Neck Disability Index(NDI),serum adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),cortisol(CS)and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results Floating needle combined with MET therapy was superior to the traditional acupuncture group in improving PSQI score,NPQ score and NDI score(P<0.05),and was superior to the tra⁃ditional acupuncture group in reducing ACTH and CS(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the floating needle combined with MET group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the traditional acupuncture group(86.67%,26/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating acupuncture combined with MET is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical insomnia,and it is better than traditional acupuncture group in reducing PSQI,NPQ,NDI scores,serum ACTH and CS.
