摘　　要：目的探究针灸联合补中益气汤治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法从南昌市第一医院选取2020年6月—2022年6月收治的70例产后尿潴留患者为研究对象展开分组研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受针灸配合补中益气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,排尿相关指标(首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、膀胱残余尿量),治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、小便顺畅程度评分、腹部症状评分。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率88.57%(31/35)高于对照组的62.86%(22/35)(P<0.05)。观察组首次排尿时间短于对照组,观察组首次排尿量大于对照组,观察组膀胱残余尿量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分、小便顺畅程度评分、腹部症状评分均低于治疗前,同时低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产后尿潴留患者采用针灸配合补中益气汤可以有效改善排尿情况,提升小便顺畅程度,缓解疼痛及腹部症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on postpar⁃tum urinary retention.Methods Seventy patients with postpartum urinary retention in The First Hospital of Nanchang from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group re⁃ceived acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,urination related indexes(first urination time,first urination volume,bladder residual urine volume),visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment,urine smoothness score and abdominal symptom score were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The total effective rate of observation group was 88.57%(31/35),which was higher than the 62.86%(22/35)of control group(P<0.05).The first urination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the first urination volume of the obser⁃vation group was larger than that of the control group,and the bladder residual urine volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,urination smoothness score and abdominal symptom score of observation group after treatment were lower than before treatment,and lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion com⁃bined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively improve the urination of postpartum patients with urinary retention,improve the smoothness of urination,relieve pain and abdominal symptoms,and improve the therapeutic effect.
