摘　　要：目的观察自拟润肺止咳汤联合抗痨方案(2HRZE/4HR)治疗肺阴亏损型肺结核的临床效果。方法选取上犹县结核病防治所和上犹县人民医院2021年7月—2022年7月收治的80例肺阴亏损型肺结核患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组40例和对照组40例,对照组采用2HRZE/4HR方案治疗,研究组在此基础上联用自拟润肺止咳汤,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(35/40),高于对照组的52.50%(21/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医证候积分较对照组更低(P<0.05),咳嗽症状积分表(CSS)积分较对照组更低(P<0.05),莱切斯特生活质量问卷调查表(LCQ)评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论自拟润肺止咳汤联合2HRZE/4HR方案能够显著改善肺阴亏损型肺结核患者的临床病症,改善其生活质量,提高患者治疗依从性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Runfei Zhike decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis program(2HRZE/4HR)in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung yin deficiency type.Methods A total of 80 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lung yin deficiency syndrome admitted to Shangyou County Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment Institute and Shangyou County People’s Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into study group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR and the study group was treated with self-made Runfei Zhike decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%,35/40)was higher than that of the control group(52.50%,21/40)(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndrome in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The LCQ score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Runfei Zhike decoction combined with 2HRZE/4HR can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lung yin deficiency syndrome,improve their quality of life,and improve the treat⁃ment compliance of patients.
