摘 要:目的探讨膏方棒棒糖的制备工艺及成品相关质量,得出较成熟的制备工艺。方法以咳喘康复膏棒棒糖为例,加入不同比例的糖类辅料制备,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)定性其茯苓成分(黄芪甲苷)质量、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)定量黄芪甲苷,并测量溶化性、分析硬度。结果糖类辅料单晶冰糖与珊瑚糖比例为1∶1时,冰箱冷却固化的情况下,制得成品较佳,黄芪甲苷含量在0.0224%~0.0274%。结论文章测定的膏方棒棒糖制备工艺所得成品含量较好、硬度大、溶化性适中,效果佳。Objective To study the preparation of paste lollipop,and to study the quality of the finished product,so as to obtain a more mature preparation process.Methods Taking Kechuan Kangfu paste lollipop as an example,adding different proportion of sugar ex⁃cipients to prepare,using HPLC quantitative astragaloside IV,TLC qualitative quality of poria cocos ingredients,measuring solubility,hardness analysis were made.Results The ratio of crystal rock sugar to coral sugar was 1∶1.The content of astragaloside IV was 0.0224%-0.0274%.Conclusion The prepared lollipop has good content,high hardness,moderate solubility and good effect.
