针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,目前临床上尚不能根治,单纯西医治疗虽能暂时缓解,但复发率较高。近年来,随着中医药文化的不断发展,中医治疗愈发受到人们的重视。经过众多临床研究者实践验证,针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有明显效果,且不良作用小,有独特的优势。此文基于国内外相关文献检索结果,对糖尿病周围神经病变的病因病机、辨证论治以及针灸、中药的治疗方法进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,which cannot be completely cured clinically,and although Western medicine treatment alone can temporarily alleviate it,the recurrence rate is high.In recent years,with the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine culture,therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has received more and more attention,and after the practice of many clinical researchers,it has been found that acupuncture combined with tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has obvious efficacy,and has few side effects,which has its unique advantages.Based on the results of relevant literature search at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the etiology,differentia⁃tion and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,as well as the treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
