摘　　要：手足慢性湿疹是皮肤科的多发病,病因复杂,诊断容易,治疗棘手,临床表现为手足部皮肤粗糙、增厚、苔藓样变、皲裂、色素沉着等,易反复发作,迁延不愈,严重影响患者的生活、工作及心理健康。此病以外治为主,西医、中医针对各自的病因病机,有多种外治方法。文章归纳并分析其各自优缺点,以期为临床治疗提供思路。Chronic eczema of hands and feet is a common occurrence in dermatology,with complex etiology,easy diagnosis and tricky treatment.The clinical manifestations are rough,thickened,mossy-like,chapped and pigmentation of the hands and feet skin,which is prone to repeated attacks and prolonged,seriously affecting the life,work and mental health of patients.The disease is mainly treated externally.Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have a variety of external treatment methods for their respective etiology and pathogenesis.This paper summarized and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide ideas for clini-cal treatment.
