摘　　要：目的探讨OEC管理模式在基层护理人员中医适宜技术培训中的应用效果,为中医适宜技术的应用和推广提供参考。方法选取参加基层护理人员中医适宜技术培训的学员216名,按照参训批次分为OEC组与对照组。第一批62名学员为对照组,采用传统教学模式培训;第二批154名学员为OEC组,按照OEC管理模式进行培训。培训结束比较两组理论成绩与技能成绩。结果OEC组理论成绩与技能成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论OEC管理模式应用于基层护理人员中医适宜技术培训管理,可提高受训人员的中医理论水平和中医操作技术能力,可在基层中医适宜技术的培训中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of OEC management model in the training of TCM appropriate technology for primary nursing staff,and to provide reference for the application and popularization of TCM appropriate technology.Methods A total of 216 students participating in TCM training for primary nursing staff were selected and divided into OEC group and control group ac⁃cording to the training batch.The first group of 62 students was the control group,which was trained in traditional teaching mode,and the second group of 154 students was the OEC group,which was trained in accordance with the OEC management mode.After the training,the theoretical results and skill results of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and skill scores of OEC group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of OEC management model in the training management of TCM appropriate technology of primary nursing staff can improve the theoreti⁃cal level of TCM and the ability of TCM operation technology of primary nursing staff,and can be popularized and applied in the train⁃ing of TCM appropriate technology of primary nursing staff.
