摘　　要：目的:探讨分层有氧运动锻炼联合常规药物治疗对舒张性心力衰竭患者心肺功能的影响。方法:将92例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组加用分层有氧运动锻炼。对比2组心肺功能、生活质量和不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组的左心房容积指数(LAVI)、二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰速度/二尖瓣舒张早期运动峰速度(E/E′)低于对照组;每博输出量(SV)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)、第1秒用力呼气容积/FVC(FEV_(1)/FVC),以及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)中的社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活、心理功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良反应事件。结论:分层有氧运动锻炼联合常规药物的疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的心肺功能水平,促进舒张性心力衰竭患者生活质量的提升,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of stratified aerobic exercise combined with conventional drug therapy on cardiopulmonary function in patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods:Ninety-two patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with conventional medication,and the observation group was treated with stratified aerobic exercise besides.The cardiopulmonary function,quality of life and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The left atrial volume index(LAVI),peak mitral early diastolic flow velocity/peak mitral early diastolic motion velocity(E/E')were lower while stroke volume(SV),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),and forced expiratory volume in one second/FVC(FEV_(1)/FVC),as well as quality of life in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Stratified aerobic exercise combined with conventional drug therapy has definite efficacy,can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients,promote the quality of life of patients with diastolic heart failure,and is safe.
