摘  要:目前,“人工智能+医学影像”在医学的多个领域已经得到了全面且多维的发展,并成功展示了其广泛的应用场景。鉴于医疗资源分布严重不均的现状,通过稳定的人工智能系统来迁移专业高水平医生的知识,不仅能够有效减少专家的重复劳动,避免因此产生的错误,还能提高低年资医生的诊断准确率,这一举措具有极其重要的意义。医学影像行业因其较高的数据标准化程度,使得人工智能与医学影像的结合成为当前影像领域最具发展潜力的创新应用。本文旨在深入探讨人工智能在儿童手腕部骨龄检测中的临床应用现状,以及它是否能替代放射医学影像诊断医生,并更快地为临床提供更为准确的骨龄参考值。At present,the combination of artificial intelligence and medical imaging has achieved comprehensive and multidimensional development in multiple fields of medicine,and has successfully demonstrated its wide range of application scenarios.Given the severe uneven distribution of medical resources,transferring the knowledge of professional high-level doctors through stable artificial intelligence systems can not only effectively reduce the repetitive work of experts and avoid errors,but also improve the diagnostic accuracy of inexperienced doctors.This measure is of great significance.The medical imaging industry,due to its high degree of data standardization,has made the combination of artificial intelligence and medical imaging the most promising innovative application in the current imaging field.This article aims to explore the current clinical application status of artificial intelligence in detecting bone age in children's wrists,and whether it can replace radiologists and provide more accurate bone age reference values for clinical practice more quickly.
