药师药学服务对高血压患者的遵医行为及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的在高血压患者临床诊疗环节中实施药师药学服务,探索观察此服务模式对其遵医行为、生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月本院治疗的181例高血压患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(90例)、观察组(91例),分别采取常规用药服务、临床药师药物服务,对照分析不同服务模式的干预效果。结果观察组用药依从性、干预后生活质量(认知功能、躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能)评分、干预后自我管理能力(饮食管理、运动管理、血压监测、遵医嘱用药)评分均高于对照组;但干预后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、用药不良情况发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者实施药师药学服务能显著提升其遵医行为、用药依从性,降低血压、用药不良情况发生风险,有利于提高其生活质量、加强自我管理能力。Objective To implement pharmacist pharmacy services in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive patients,and explore the impact of this service model on their compliance behavior and quality of life.Methods A total of 181 hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=90)and an observation group(n=91)using a random number table as the basic principle.Routine medication services and clinical pharmacist medication services were provided,and the intervention effects of different service modes were compared and analyzed.Results The medication compliance,post-intervention quality of life(cognitive function,somatic function,role function,emotional function,social function),and self-management ability after intervention(diet management,exercise management,blood pressure,monitoring and medication by medical advice)were all higher than the control group;however,the incidence of post-intervention systolic BP(SBP),diastolic BP(DBP)and adverse medication were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing pharmacist pharmacy services for hypertensive patients can significantly improve their compliance with medication,reduce the risk of blood pressure and adverse drug use,improve their quality of life,and strengthen their self-management ability.It is worth recommending.
