宫腔球囊填塞和B-Lynch缝合治疗产后出血的效果

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔球囊填塞和B-Lynch缝合在产后出血治疗中的应用效果。方法选择山东省菏泽市妇幼保健院2022年1月至2022年12月收治的82例产后出血患者作为研究对象,按止血措施的不同划分为对照组和研究组,各41例,对照组采用B-Lynch缝合治疗,研究组给予宫腔球囊填塞治疗,比较两组患者不同时间段出血量、临床指标、并发症发生率及手术治疗情况。结果研究组各阶段出血量均少于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,治疗情况优于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后研究组Hb、ALB水平高于对照组,HR指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔球囊填塞治疗相比于B-Lynch缝合治疗产后出血效果更好,不仅有助于帮助患者快速止血,还可以降低并发症发生风险,稳定患者临床指标,对促进患者疾病恢复有重要价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of uterine balloonfilling and B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted to Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shandong Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group,with 41 cases in each group,based on different hemostatic measures.The control group received B-lynch suture treatment,while the study group received balloonfilling treatment.The bleeding volume,clinical indicators,incidence of complications,and surgical treatment of the two groups of patients at different time periods were compared.Results The study group had less bleeding at all stages than the control group,the total rate of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the treatment was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Postoperative Hb and ALB levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and HR indexes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with B-Lynch suture,the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with intrauterine balloonfilling is more effective.It not only helps patients to quickly stop bleeding,but also reduces the risk of complications,stabilizes clinical indicators,and has important value in promoting disease recovery.
