基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合聚焦解决模式在射频消融治疗心律失常中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合聚焦解决模式在射频消融治疗心律失常中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年2月于我院行射频消融治疗的心律失常患者84例,随机分为两组,对照组(42例)采取常规护理,观察组(42例)采取基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合聚焦解决模式,比较两组干预效果。结果 经干预后,观察组疾病感知问卷简化版(BIPQ)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合聚焦解决模式可减轻射频消融治疗的心律失常患者疾病感知压力,调节其情绪状态,也能提高生活质量,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the application value of stratified nursing care based on quantitative assessment strategy combined with focused solution mode in radiofrequency ablation treatment of arrhythmia.Methods A total of patients with arrhythmia who underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=42)adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group(n=42) adopted stratified nursing care combined with the focused solution model based on quantitative assessment strategy,and the effects of the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and World Health Organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF) of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Stratified care based on quantitative assessment strategy combined with focused solution model can reduce the disease-perceived stress of arrhythmia patients treated by radiofrequency ablation and regulate their emotional state,as well as improve the quality of life and promote patients' recovery.
