摘　　要：目的 观察对无痛人工流产患者实施关爱护理加强避孕意识的效果。方法 选择我院2022年1—12月收治的100例无痛人工流产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组实施关爱护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组护理满意度、并发症发生率、抑郁焦虑评分、避孕知识掌握情况。结果 护理后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组避孕知识掌握情况高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对无痛人工流产患者流产后给予关爱护理干预,可提升患者满意度,减少并发症发生率,缓解负面情绪,提高避孕知识掌握情况。Objective To observe the effect of implementing caring care to strengthen the contraceptive awareness of painless abortion patients.Methods A total of 100 painless abortion patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each.The observation group implemented caring care and the control group implemented routine care,comparing the nursing satisfaction,complication rate,depression and anxiety scores,and knowledge of contraception between the two groups.Results After care,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the depression and anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the mastery of contraceptive knowledge of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Caring nursing intervention for painless abortion patients after abortion can improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate negative emotions,and improve the knowledge of contraception.
