摘　　要：目的 研究循证支持下针对性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者依从性及不良事件的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2023年2月在抚州市东乡区人民医院收治的COPD患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组采用循证支持下针对性护理;比较两组的依从率、心理状态、护理质量、生活质量以及不良事件。结果 观察组的护理态度、心理疏导、操作水平、前瞻性病情分析评分均更优(P <0.05);观察组依从率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的心理状况评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的不良事件总发生率更低(P <0.05)。结论 循证支持下针对性护理在COPD患者护理中具有积极的作用,可提高治疗依从性以及生活质量、护理质量,减轻心理压力,减少不良事件的发生。Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing with evidence-based support on compliance and adverse events in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 COPD patients admitted to Dongxiang District People's Hospital in Fuzhou City from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a digital randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received evidence-based supportive needle targeted care;Compare the compliance rate,psychological status,nursing quality,quality of life,and adverse events between the two groups.Results The nursing attitude,psychological counseling,operational level,and prospective disease analysis scores of the observation group were all better(P<0.05);The compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The psychological status scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing with evidence-based support plays a positive role in the nursing of COPD patients,improving treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing quality,alleviating psychological pressure and reducing the occurrence of adverse events.
