摘 要:目的 探究在儿童鼻窦炎鼻负压置换治疗中应用沟通技巧结合健康教育的意义。方法 采取随机数字表法从泉州市第一医院城东分院抽取2023年4月至2024年2月收治的80例儿童鼻窦炎患者分为两组(对照组与观察组),其中对照组给予健康教育,观察组在前组基础上,加用沟通技巧,干预20 d后比较两组患儿干预前后哭闹次数/住院时间、依从性评分、睡眠质量、心理情绪、舒适度评分。结果 干预20 d后,观察组哭闹次数(1.34±0.06)次、住院时间(3.91±0.26)d低于对照组(5.03±1.63)次、(8.46±0.32)d;观察组依从性评分(8.46±2.01)分高于对照组(6.30±2.01)分;观察组睡眠质量评分(2.61±0.94)分低于对照组(8.49±2.55);观察组心理情绪评分(38.30±1.70)分低于对照组(48.56±2.97)分;观察组舒适度评分(104.64±4.27)分高于对照组(80.91±5.48)分(均P <0.05)。结论 健康教育联合沟通技巧,可有效改善鼻负压置换治疗中患儿的睡眠质量、舒适度及负性情绪,降低患儿住院时间及哭闹次数,提高患儿治疗依从性,具有临床应用意义。Objective To explore the significance of combining communication skills with health education in the treatment of negative pressure replacement for pediatric sinusitis.Methods A random table method was used to select 80 children with sinusitis from the East Branch of Quanzhou First Hospital between April 2023 and February 2024 and divide them into two groups(control group and observation group).The control group received health education during their treatment,while the observation group received communication skills on the basis of the previous group.After 20 days of intervention,the number of crying/hospitalization time,compliance score,sleep quality,psychological emotion,and comfort score of the two groups of children were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 20 days of intervention,the observation group had a lower frequency of crying(1.34±0.06) and hospital stay(3.91±0.26) days compared to the control group(5.03±1.63) and(8.46±0.32) days,with significant differences between the groups;The compliance score of the observation group(8.46±2.01) was higher than that of the control group(6.30±2.01);The sleep quality score of the observation group(2.61±0.94) was lower than that of the control group(8.49±2.55);The psychological and emotional score of the observation group(38.30±1.70) was lower than that of the control group(48.56±2.97);The comfort score of the observation group(104.64±4.27) was higher than that of the control group(80.91±5.48)(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of health education and communication skills can effectively improve the sleep quality,comfort,and negative emotions of children undergoing nasal negative pressure replacement therapy,reduce hospitalization time and crying frequency,and improve treatment compliance.It has clinical significance.
