摘　　要：目的 探讨急诊中毒洗胃护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法 以解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院2021年7月至2023年6月收治的82例急诊中毒患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例,常规护理)与观察组(41例,常规护理+舒适护理),对两组的首次吸出液体时间与总洗胃时间、疼痛程度、舒适度评分、并发症发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度进行对比分析。结果 观察组首次吸出液体时间与总洗胃时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组轻度疼痛发生率高于对照组(P <0.05),同时重度疼痛发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),两组的无痛与中度疼痛发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组舒适度评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(均P <0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 急诊中毒洗胃护理中舒适护理的应用可以减轻患者疼痛症状,提高患者的舒适度,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in emergency nursing care for poisoning by gastric lavage.Methods A total of 82 emergency poisoning patients admitted to the 910th Hospital of the PLA JLSF from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=41,routine nursing) and observation group(n=41,routine nursing + comfort nursing) by random number table method.The time to first fluid aspiration versus total gastric lavage time,pain level,comfort scores,complication rate,selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) scores versus self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores,and satisfaction with nursing care were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The time for the first aspiration of fluid and the total gastric lavage time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of mild pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the incidence of severe pain was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the incidence of pain-free and moderate pain in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing care was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comfort nursing in emergency poisoning gastric lavage nursing can alleviate the pain symptoms of patients,improve the comfort level of patients,relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
