身心综合护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用及对心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨身心综合护理在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的应用及其对患者心理状态的影响。方法 选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的80例AMI患者,根据随机数字表法1:1将其分作观察组(40例)、对照组(40例)。对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组采用身心综合护理方案,对比两组患者干预前后心理状态、心功能指标以及生活质量和自理能力。结果 干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)指标比对照组高氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)指标比对照组低(P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分、自理能力评分对比中观察组均更高(P <0.05)。结论 为AMI患者实施身心综合护理干预,有助于改善心理状态和心功能,提高生活质量与自理能力,具有很高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the application of integrated mind-body care in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and its effect on patients' psychological status.Methods A total of 80 AMI patients admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40)according to the randomized numerical table method 1∶1.The patients in the control group applied conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted the physical and mental integrated nursing program,comparing the psychological state,cardiac function indexes,and quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular enddiastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV) indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the amino-terminal NPPB precursor(NT-proBNP) indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the quality-of-life scores and self-care scores of the observation group were higher in the observation group in the comparison of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of physical and mental integrated nursing interventions for AMI patients can help improve psychological status and cardiac function,and improve the quality of life and self-care ability,which has a high application value.
