综合护理对产后会阴伤口感染的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的 分析产妇实施综合护理干预对预防产后会阴伤口感染的应用效果。方法 抽取2022年6月至2023年6月在南平市第一医院紫云社区卫生服务中心妇产科分娩的产妇80例(均为阴道顺产者),以随机信封法分组,接受常规产后护理的40例产妇为对照组,接受综合护理干预的40例产妇为观察组。对比指标:会阴伤口感染发生率、产后康复指标(子宫入盆时间、恶露持续时间、泌乳始动时间、住院时间)、产后生活质量评分、产妇对护理的满意度评分。结果 观察组产妇会阴伤口感染率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组产妇各项产后康复指标用时均比对照组产妇少(P <0.05);观察组产妇产后生活质量各维度评分均比对照组高(P <0.05);观察组产妇对综合护理的满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 综合护理用于产妇产后护理可降低产妇会阴伤口感染发生风险,促进产后康复,提高产后生活质量,产妇对此模式的满意度较高。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postpartum women on preventing perineal wound infection.Methods A total of 80 parturients who gave birth in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Ziyun Community Health Service Center,Nanping First Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method.40 parturients who received routine postpartum care were selected as the control group,and 40 parturients who received comprehensive nursing intervention were selected as the observation group.Comparative indicators:incidence of perineal wound infection,postpartum rehabilitation indicators(time of uterine pelvic insertion,duration of lochia,start of lactation,length of hospital stay),postpartum quality of life score,and maternal satisfaction score with nursing.Results The perineal wound infection rate of women in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time taken by women in the observation group for all postnatal rehabilitation indexes was shorter than that of women in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of women in the observation group were higher than that of women in the control group in various dimensions of postnatal quality of life(P<0.05);and the score of women in the observation group for satisfaction with comprehensive nursing care was higher than that of women in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing used for postpartum care of parturients can reduce the risk of perineal wound infection,promote postpartum recovery,and improve postpartum quality of life.The satisfaction of parturients with this model is high.
