摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱法对灯芪通脉颗粒中的有效成分进行含量测定,并分析其主要化学成分。方法使用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为水(含0.1%磷酸)-乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长为283 nm。对3批灯芪通脉颗粒中的有效成分进行含量测定,并对样品进行主要化学成分分析。结果采用该方法可以测定灯芪通脉颗粒中野黄芩苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷等7种有效成分。主要化学成分分析结果表明,野黄芩苷、新橙皮苷和柚皮苷含量最高,分别为1.52 mg/g、2.54 mg/g、2.46 mg/g。结论此方法具有很好的实用性和可行性,为灯芪通脉颗粒的质量控制和临床应用提供了科学依据。Objective To determine the content of effective components in Dengqi Tongmai Granules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and its main chemical components were analyzed.Methods Using a Diamonsil C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile as the mobile phase and gradient elution,the detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.The content of effective components in three batches of Dengqi Tongmai Granules was determined,and the main chemical components of the samples were analyzed.Results The method can be used to determine 7 active com-ponents in Dengqi Tongmai Granules,including scutellarin,naringin and neohesperidin,and so on.The results of the main chemical components analysis showed that the contents of top scutellarin,neohesperidin and naringin were the highest,which were 1.52 mg/g,2.54 mg/g and 2.46 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion This method has good practicability and feasibility,providing a scientific basis for the quality control and clinical application of Dengqi Tongmai Granules.
