摘 要:为了检测开关柜内部母排接触不良故障,建立简化计算模型,利用有限元法,进行瞬态磁场-结构场耦合仿真,得到正常情况和不同程度接触不良故障状态下母排搭接部位的电流密度分布,并分析母排总电磁力的变化规律,研究正常和故障时外壳表面监测点振动加速度变化情况,得到接触不良故障特征频率响应。结果表明,发生接触不良故障时,母排电磁力大幅减小,导致外壳振动信号减弱,振动加速度100 Hz基频分量幅值最多降低25%,还会产生200 Hz谐波分量。In order to detect the bad contact fault of the busbar inside the switch cabinet,a simplified calculation model is established,and the transient magnetic field-structure field coupling simulation is carried out by using the finite element method to obtain the current density distribution of the busbar at the bonding position under normal conditions and different degrees of poor contact fault conditions,and the change law of the total electromagnetic force of the busbar is analyzed.The vibration acceleration of the monitoring points on the surface of the housing under normal and faulty conditions is studied,and the characteristic frequency response of the fault with poor contact is obtained.The results show that when the contact fault occurs,the electromagnetic force of the busbar is greatly reduced,resulting in the vibration signal of the housing is weakened,the amplitude of the fundamental frequency component of the vibration acceleration of 100 Hz is reduced by up to 25%,and the harmonic component of 200 Hz is generated.
