摘 要:污泥和煤泥产量大,均具有高水高灰特性,而污泥高挥发分易燃烧,煤泥相对高固定碳能维持更久燃烧,两者共燃处置优势大。在立式固定床反应系统上研究一种典型工业污泥(DL)与灵石煤泥(LSS)单独燃烧及不同混合比例燃烧过程中的氮氧化物释放特性。结果表明,DL中氮赋存形态以吡咯型氮(N-5)、蛋白质型氮(N-P)和吡啶型氮(N-6)为主,LSS则以氮氧化物官能团(N-X)、吡咯型氮(N-5)和质子化吡啶型氮(N-Q)为主。两种燃料单独燃烧时,LSS的NO转化率为DL的6~30倍,两者混烧时存在交互作用;1∶1混合燃烧时NO释放完成时间较两者单独燃烧时提前。掺混比例对NO释放也存在明显影响,DL掺混比例为20%时有利于抑制NO释放。The output of sludge and slime is large,and both have the characteristics of high water and high ash.The sludge is particularly prone to ignition due to its elevated volatile matter,while coal slime can maintain combustion with a relatively higher fixed carbon content and the co-combustion and disposal of these two materials present substantial advantages.This study explores nitrogen oxide release characteristics of a typical industrial sludge(DL)and Lingshi coal sludge(LSS)during individual combustion and co-combustion with varying mixing ratios in a vertical fixed-bed reaction system.The results show that the main forms of nitrogen in DL are pyrrole nitrogen(N-5),protein nitrogen(N-P)and pyridine nitrogen(N-6),while the main forms of nitrogen in LSS are nitrogen oxide functional groups(N-X),pyrrole nitrogen(N-5)and protolated pyridine nitrogen(N-Q).When the two fuels are burned separately,the NO conversion rate of LSS is 6~30 times that of DL,and there is an interaction between the two fuels.The completion time of NO release in the 1∶1 mixed combustion is earlier than that in the separate combustion.The mixing ratio also has a significant effect on the release of NO.When the mixing ratio of DL is 20%,it can inhibit the release of NO.
