摘  要:以某363 kV罐式断路器为研究对象,根据设计图纸构建三维实体模型,利用Ansys Workbench软件对模型施加抗震水平为AG5的地震响应谱进行有限元分析,得到地震荷载组合工况下的仿真计算结果,对断路器结构进行优化设计,并将结构优化前和优化后的抗震性能进行对比分析。结果表明,优化后该断路器满足AG5水平下的抗震性能要求,加固支架有利于提高罐式断路器结构的固有频率;结构优化后各主要部件应力水平均有所降低,套管顶端的最大位移响应从90.072 mm降低为66.342 mm,有利于罐式断路器设备长期安全稳定运行。Taking a 363 kV tank circuit breaker as the research object,the three-dimensional solid model is built according to the design drawings,and the seismic response spectrum with the seismic level of AG5 is applied to the model by using Ansys Workbench software for finite element analysis,and the simulation results under the combined condition of seismic loads are obtained.The structure is optimized and the seismic performance before and after optimization is compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimized tank circuit breaker can meet the seismic performance requirements of AG5 level,strengthening the support is beneficial to increase the natural frequency of the tank circuit breaker structure.After structural optimization,the stress level of the main components is reduced,and the maximum displacement response of the top of the bushing decreases from 90.072 mm to 66.342 mm,which is more favorable to long-term safe and stable operation of tank circuit breaker equipment.
