摘 要:挖掘机工作装置为三自由度臂架结构,其连杆结构在挖掘作业中承受着随机多变的循环载荷。为了准确评估挖掘机连杆结构的强度,以922F挖掘机为研究对象并确定了三种典型的受力姿态。在MotionView中建立挖掘机动力学模型,利用油缸闭锁压力计算连杆所受最大载荷,再基于挖掘机工作装置有限元模型,仿真计算得到连杆结构的应力分布。最后通过SDS500型试验机对连杆结构施加相同的载荷,进行结构应力测试试验。试验所得结构应力与仿真应力误差在5%以内,连杆结构承受极限载荷时的安全系数为1.34。该型号挖掘机连杆结构强度富裕,可以进行一定的优化设计。The working device of the excavator is a three degree of freedom arm structure,where the connecting rod structure bears random and variable cyclic loads during excavation operations.In order to accurately evaluate the strength of the excavator connecting rod structure,three typical force bearing postures are determined for the 922F excavator as the research object.The dynamic model of the excavator is established on the MotionView software platform;then the maximum load on the connecting rod is calculated by using the locking pressure of the oil cylinder.Based on the finite element model of the excavator working device,the stress distribution of the connecting rod structure is simulated and calculated.Applying the same load to the connecting rod structure,the structural stress tests are conducted through the SDS500 testing machine.The results show that the error between the structural stress obtained from the experiment and the simulated stress is within 5%,and the safety factor of the connecting rod structure under ultimate load is 1.34.The connecting rod structure of this model of excavator has abundant strength and can be optimized for design.
