摘 要:在生产实践中发现有机玻璃零件处于约束状态时,其所在环境存在较大温差变化,容易产生塑性变形,从而使产品不合格以致报废。该文对处于约束状态下的有机玻璃零件加工工艺进行了研究,重点对托盘组件加工过程中受约束状态下的有机玻璃盘形件加工工艺过程进行了改进、优化和实验验证,得出了约束状态下的有机玻璃零件加工工艺方案,并在实际加工生产中验证了此加工工艺方案的可行性。此方案对有机玻璃零件在自由状态和约束状态下的加工均具有指导意义,具有一定的推广价值。In the production practice,when the plexiglass parts are in a constrained state,plastic deformation is easy to occur due to the large temperature difference in the environment,so that the product is unqualified and discarded.In this paper,the machining technology of plexiglass parts used in the constrained state is studied,focusing on the process improvement,optimization and experimental verification for the machining technology process of the disc-shaped plexiglass piece under a constrained state during the machining process of“tray component”.Finally,the machining process plan for the plexiglass parts in constrained state is obtained,and then the feasibility of the machining process plan is verified in the actual production.This scheme has guiding significance for the processing of plexiglass parts in both free state and constrained state,and it has certain popularization value.
