摘 要:对其电厂氨气管道发生泄漏的事件进行分析,首先通过失效管道宏观观察初步确定失效原因;其次通过无损检测、化学成分分析、硬度试验、金相检验等方法对供氨排污管道进行相关检测;最后进行试验结果分析验证。此次失效原因为:供氨排污管水平位置低于供氨母管,供氨母管内部存水进入排污管并沉积于排污一二次门前水平管段,积水经伴热管道加热蒸发浓缩,使氯根浓度增加,而氯离子对不锈钢管道有强烈的腐蚀作用,从而导致供氨排污管道发生泄漏,并根据失效原因提出了预防措施。In response to the leakage of the ammonia pipeline in the power plant,the cause of the failure is initially determined through macroscopic observation of the failed pipeline.Then,the failure of the ammonia supply and discharge pipeline is detected through the non-destructive testing,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,and other methods.Finally,the test conclusion verifies the leakage causes of the ammonia pipeline is as follows:because the horizontal position of the discharge pipe is lower than the ammonia supply main pipe,water inside the ammonia supply main pipe enters the discharge pipe and then is deposited in the horizontal pipe section in front of the primary and secondary sewage discharge valves;then,the accumulated water is heated,evaporated and concentrated through the heat tracing pipeline,thus the concentration of chloride ions increases,which has strong corrosive effect on stainless steel pipelines.Meanwhile,the preventive measures are proposed based on the causes of failure.
