摘 要:目前,电梯的驱动方式中最常用的驱动方式为曳引驱动。相比于强制驱动、液压驱动等其他的驱动技术,曳引驱动具有安全性高、允许运行速度快和允许提升高度大的优点。文章根据近几年的文献,研究了纵向振动和横向振动的原理、监测标准和监测方法。通过对电梯振动和振动监测的原理及应用特征分析,不仅可以为电梯故障识别和故障预测提供振动监测方面的理论依据和有效方法,而且可以指导电梯的设计、生产、安装,从而提升曳引驱动乘客电梯的安全性。At present,the most commonly used driving mode for elevator is the traction drive mode.Compared with other driving technologies such as forced drive and hydraulic drive,traction drive has the advantages of high safety,fast operation speed and high lifting height.In this paper,the vibration monitoring problem of traction driven passenger elevator is discussed,and the principle and monitoring method of longitudinal vibration and transverse vibration is studied.Through analysis of the principle and application characteristics of elevator vibration and vibration monitoring,it can not only provide the theoretical basis and effective methods for elevator fault identification and fault prediction,but also guide the design,production and installation of the elevator,so as to improve the safety of the traction-driven passenger elevator.
