摘 要:功率因数校正(PFC)技术能够改善非线性电力电子设备在电网电流中产生的高次谐波污染,从而提高电路系统对电能的利用率。而基于Boost拓扑且工作于连续导通模式(CCM)的PFC变换器广泛应用于各种开关电源中。采用控制器UCC28180进行单向有源PFC电路设计,首先对电路原理图进行设计,然后针对设计需求进行参数计算,再次依据控制理论对电路进行控制系统建模、环路设计与稳定性分析,最后通过实验验证了电路设计的可行性。Power factor correction(PFC)technology can improve the high-order harmonic pollution caused by nonlinear power electronic equipment in the grid current,so improves the utilization of electric energy in the circuit system.PFC converter based on Boost topology and working in continuous conduction mode(CCM)is widely used in various switching power supplies.This paper uses the controller UCC28180 to design the unidirectional active PFC circuit.The circuit schematic is firstly designed,then the parameters are calculated according to the design requirements,and then the control system modeling,the loop design and the stability analysis are performed according to the control theory.Finally,the feasibility of the circuit design is verified by experiments.
