基于中医传承辅助平台探析李东垣治疗头痛用药规律

摘　　要：目的 探析李东垣治疗头痛的用药规律。方法 收集《李东垣医学全书》中治疗头痛的方剂作为数据来源,将收集到的处方录入中医传承辅助平台V3.0。结果 录入处方23首,药物共计52味,用药频次总计221次。使用频次大于5次的药物有20味;从药性分析来看,温性和寒性居多;药味方面以辛、苦、甘居多;药物归属脏腑主要以肺脾胃肝心居多;药物功效以解表药、补虚药和清热药为主;所有方剂聚为3类,得到核心药物组合3个。结论 李东垣治疗头痛主要以甘温之剂来补益脾胃、善用辛味风药以及重视升发脾胃阳气。李东垣治疗头痛的理论以及所提取的核心药物组合为中医药干预头痛以及未来开发新药能够更好的治疗头痛提供了依据。Objective To explore the medication patterns of LI Dongyuan in the treatment of headache.Methods Collect the prescriptions for treating headaches from LI Dongyuan's Complete Book of Medicine as the data source,and input the collected prescriptions into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform V3.0.Results 23 prescriptions were recorded,with a total of 52 drugs and a total frequency of 221 uses.20 drugs with a frequency of use greater than 5 times;From the analysis of drug properties,the majority are warm and cold;In terms of medicinal taste,the majority are spicy,bitter,and sweet;The drugs belong mainly to the lungs,spleen,stomach,liver,and heart;The main efficacy of drugs is to relieve external symptoms,tonify deficiency,and clear heat;All formulas are grouped into three categories,resulting in three core drug combinations.Conclusion LI Dongyuan mainly uses sweet and warm herbs to tonify the spleen and stomach,make good use of spicy wind medicines,and attach importance to promoting the development of spleen and stomach Yang Qi in the treatment of headache.LI Dongyuan's theory of treating headaches and the extracted core drug combinations provide a basis for traditional Chinese medicine intervention in headaches and the development of new drugs in the future to better treat headaches.
