摘　　要：以环境信息化平台为基础,构建工业污染源“一企一档”,以解决环保系统信息烟囱、数据孤岛的问题,以污染源生命周期为主线,实现对污染源的产生、许可、监督、治理、注销等从生到死的全过程闭环管理。Based on the environmental information platform,an "one enterprise,one file" management system for industrial pollution sources is constructed to solve the problems of information silos and data isolation in the environmental protection system.Taking the life cycle of pollution sources as the main line,the system achieves comprehensive closed-loop management of the entire process from the generation,licensing,supervision,treatment,and cancellation of pollution sources.
