乳品厂废水处理工程设计及运行探究

摘　　要：乳品厂废水作为高浓度的有机废水,如不对其加以处理,排入水体后易导致溶解氧大量消耗,严重影响水生植物的生长,甚至造成水生生物死亡。基于此,为进一步提高乳品厂废水处理效率,以某乳品厂废水处理工程为例,对液奶生产废水进行处理。本工程设计规模为1000m3/d,旨在通过优化处理工艺流程,并设计预处理单元、厌氧处理单元、A/O处理单元等构筑物工艺,完成对乳品厂废水处理工程的优化改造。根据系统最终运行效果的评估,本项目的处理系统运行稳定,各项指标的去除效果良好。处理后的水质符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A标准。此外,该系统的运行成本低,仅为每立方米1.95元,显示出其显著的经济和使用效益。Dairy factory wastewater,as a high-concentration organic wastewater,can cause significant dissolved oxygen consumption in water bodies if not treated,severely affecting the growth of aquatic plants and even causing the death of aquatic organisms.To further improve the efficiency of dairy factory wastewater treatment,this paper takes a dairy factory wastewater treatment project as an example,and carries out the treatment of wastewater from liquid milk production.The design capacity of this project is 1000 m3/d,aiming to optimize the treatment process by designing pretreatment units,anaerobic treatment units,A/O treatment units,and other structures.According to the evaluation of the final operation effect of the system,the treatment system operates stably with good removal efficiency for various indicators.The treated water quality meets the first-class A standards of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants"(GB 18918-2002).In addition,the operation cost of the system is low,only 1.95yuan per cubic meter,showing significant economic and practical benefits.
