摘　　要：主要分析了年产40万t焦炉气制甲醇项目配套焦气柜相关问题。本装置于2021年开始建设,2022年7月投入使用,气柜为干式气柜,属于气体容器,储存焦炉气,起到缓冲作用,稳定压缩机入口的焦炉气压力及流量。净化后的焦炉气进入容积为5万方的稀油密封型干式气柜。密封油从泵房送至高位油箱,自流到密封油槽,污油和焦炉气中的凝结水一起在底部油沟中收集并分层,再自流进入到污水收集罐进行收集。焦炉煤气5万方气柜活塞密封漏气原因分析及处理措施,解决了焦气气柜设计及维护操作等方面问题,为焦炉气干式气柜安全稳定运行奠定基础。Mainly analyzes the related problems of 400000 tons of coke oven gas for methanol production project.The construction started in 2021 and put into use in July 2022.The gas cabinet is a dry gas cabinet,which is a gas container,stores coke oven gas,plays a buffer role and stabilizes the pressure and fl ow of coke oven gas at the inlet of the compressor.The purifi ed coke oven gas enters the thin oil sealed dry gas cabinet with a volume of 50000 square meters.The sealed oil is sent from the pump room to the high oil tank and fl ows to the sealed oil tank.The dirty oil and the condensed water in the coke oven gas are collected together in the bottom oil tank,and then fl ows into the sewage collection tank for collection.The cause analysis and treatment measures of 50000 square gas cabinet solve the design and maintenance operation of coke gas cabinet,and lay a foundation for the safe and stable operation of coke oven gas dry gas cabinet.
