摘  要:为了研究稠油污水回用热采锅炉过程中二氧化硅指标与结垢过程之间的关系,认清结垢物的微观形貌与化学组成特征,通过室内模拟蒸汽发生器开展了水质中不同二氧化硅质量浓度的结垢实验,并结合现场热注锅炉试验确定回用污水二氧化硅的优化指标,提出二氧化硅质量浓度由原来的50 mg/L放宽到75 mg/L是可行的。对生成的结垢物采用扫描电镜、能谱、X衍射、电子探针等分析技术开展了结垢物微观形貌与化学组成的分析。结果表明,结垢物随水的向前流动其厚度逐渐变厚,越靠近蒸汽出口处结垢越严重,结垢物矿物成分相似,结垢物微观形貌上呈不规则的团状和网状分布,伴有不同孔径大小的孔隙空间,孔隙中发育有少量的针状和柱状晶体。Aiming to investigate the relationship between silica-related indices and scaling process during heavy oil wastewater reuse in thermal recovery boilers,and clarify the micromorphology and chemical composition of the scales,this study carries out scaling experiments with varying silica con-tents in water through indoor steam generator simulation,in conjunction with on-site heat injection boiler experiments to determine the optimization indexes of silica in reused wastewater.Results show that it is feasible to increase silica content from original 50 mg/L to 75 mg/L,and the micromorphol-ogy and chemical composition of the generated scales are analyzed through analyzing technologies,including scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum,X-ray diffraction and electronic probe.The experiments show that scales gradually become thicker as the water flows forward,and that the closer to the steam outlet,the more serious the scaling becomes.The mineral composition of scale formation is similar,and the micromorphology of scale formation is in irregular cluster and network distribution,accompanying by pore spaces with different pore sizes,in which a small amount of nee-dle-like and columnar crystals have developed.
