摘　　要：某深水钻井平台是第六代深水半潜式钻井平台,作业水深3000 m,作业井深10000 m;其采用DP3动力定位系统,能抗200年一遇的台风,适应于中国南海这种恶劣海况。截止2021年某深水第二次特检坞修,游车投入作业已十年,滑轮轮毂磨损已超标,需要更换,此次考虑对滑轮进行国产化替代。A deepwater drilling rig is the sixth generation of deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform.The max water depth is 3000 m,and the max well depth is 10000 m.It uses DP3 dy-namic positioning system,which can withstand a once-in-200-year typhoon,adapting to the harsh sea conditions in the South China Sea.Till the second special survey dockyard repairing in 2021,the travelling block has been used for ten years,and the wire sheave groove has exceeded the stand-ard,so the wire sheaves are considered to be replaced by domestic productions.
