广西职工全员疗休养工作现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：职工疗休养是劳动者的基本权利,开展职工疗休养活动是党和政府赋予工会的重要职责。近年来,广西壮族自治区总工会创新探索实施职工全员疗休养制度,把“休养”纳入职工基本权利当中。通过对近年来广西职工全员疗休养的工作情况进行调研梳理,总结归纳了广西开展职工全员疗休养的主要做法及成效,分析其中存在的问题,提出加强和改进职工全员疗休养的对策和建议,推动职工全员疗休养向制度化、规范化、创新化发展。Rehabilitation is fundamental for laborers and signifies a crucial duty assigned to trade unions by the Communist Party of China and Chinese government,which encompasses employee recuperation initiatives.Recently,the Trade Unions Federation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region pioneered a system of comprehensive employee recuperation,integrating"rehabilitation"into their core rights.By scrutinizing Guangxi's employee work efforts,authors outlined the primary methods and outcomes of employee recuperation in Guangxi,scrutinized existing issues,and identified strategies and recommendations for enhancing and fortifying the recuperation and recovery of all employees,thereby fostering the institutionalized,standardized,and innovative evolution of all employees"recuperation.
