摘　　要：本研究围绕甘肃民乐紫皮大蒜特色产业的发展进行深入分析,旨在探索其发展现状、潜力、面临的挑战以及未来发展战略。通过对甘肃民乐紫皮大蒜产业的规模、产业链、技术进步、市场需求等方面的系统评估,揭示了该产业在国内外市场中的重要地位及其增长潜力。This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the development of the characteristic industry of purple skin garlic in Minle,Gansu,with the aim of exploring its current status,potential,challenges,and future development strategies.Through a systematic evaluation of the scale,industrial chain,technological progress,and market demand of the purple skin garlic industry in Minle,Gansu,this article reveals the important position and growth potential of this industry in domestic and international markets.
