摘　　要：笔者结合以往项目集群管理过程中工期管理的实践经验,总结面粉加工建设项目工期管理的规律,建立面粉加工项目工期模型,并在此基础上结合进度管理基本举措,在实际管理过程中取得一定效果。The author synthesises the practical experience of duration management in the management process of previous project clusters,summarises the law of duration management of flour milling construction projects,establishes a duration model of flour milling projects,and combines the basic initiatives of progress management on this basis,thereby achieving certain results in the actual management process.
