摘 要:圈层结构理论视域下大学公共体育课程思政教育是一个包括技能学习教育、价值引领教育、行为实践教育的体育教育过程,是一个具有层次性、扩散性,梯次展开特点的概念。新时代体育强国建设、体育现代化建设需要培养高质量体育人才。基于此,本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对圈层结构理论视域下大学公共体育课程思政建设的内容、价值和实践路径进行研究。结果发现:在圈层结构理论指导下,思政教育可置于由内而外、渐次递进、圈层波动特点凸显的理论模型之中,大学公共体育课课程思政可以采用核心圈、关键圈、辐射圈逐步推进的课程开发方式。其价值有:落实铸魂育人、立德树人根本任务;优化多层认知,价值引领教育改革;激发学生潜能,助力体育强国建设;塑造多维素养,促进学生综合发展。通过对内容和价值的深入分析进而构建出提质增效的体育课程思政实践路径:阶梯式设置体育课程思政教育目标;渐进式推进大学公共体育课教师队伍建设;扩散式营造校园体育思政文化氛围;引导式带动学生参与体育实践活动。本研究旨在培育新时代高质量的体育人才,促进体育教育事业发展,为体育强国建设贡献一份力量。The ideological and political education in university public physical education(PE)curriculum,from the perspective of circle structure theory,is a physical education process that includes skill learning,value guidance,and behavioral practice.It is a concept with hierarchical,diffusive,and progressive characteristics.The construction of high-quality sports talents is needed for the construction of a sports power and the modernization of sports in the new era.Based on this,this paper uses research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis to study the content,value,and practical paths of ideological and political education in university public PE curriculum from the perspective of circle structure theory.The results show that under the guidance of circle structure theory,ideological and political education can be placed in a theoretical model that highlights the characteristics of gradual progression,hierarchical diffusion,and circle fluctuation.The construction of ideological and political education in university public PE curriculum can adopt a curriculum development approach that gradually advances through core circles,key circles,and radiating circles.Its values include:implementing the fundamental task of nurturing students’character and ethics;optimizing multi-level cognition and leading educational reform with values;inspiring students’potential and contributing to the construction of a sports power;cultivating multidimensional competence and promoting students’comprehensive development.Through in-depth analysis of content and value,a practical path for improving the quality and effectiveness of physical education curriculum is constructed,including:setting progressive educational goals for ideological and political education in physical education curriculum;gradually advancing the construction of teachers in university public PE curriculum;diffusing the campus sports ideological and political cultural atmosphere;and guiding students’participation in sports practice act
