30~50岁健康人群心率恢复与最大摄氧量和峰值氧脉搏的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究30~50岁健康人群心率恢复(heart rate recovery,HRR)与最大摄氧量(maximal oxygen uptake,VO_(2)max)和峰值氧脉搏(Peak oxygen pulse,O_(2)Ppeak)之间的关系特点。方法:招募200名(男性105名,女性95名)30~50岁健康人群为测试对象,测量其身高、体重和体脂率,并通过心肺运动试验收集受试者VO_(2)max、O_(2)Ppeak和HRR数据。结果:总体的HRR1与VO_(2)max的相关系数为0.461,具有较低程度的正相关(P<0.01),与O_(2)Ppeak的相关系数为0.427,具有较低程度的正相关(P<0.01);HRR2与VO_(2)max的相关系数为0.612,具有中度正相关(P<0.01),与O_(2)Ppeak的相关系数为0.557,具有中等程度的正相关(P<0.01)。女性的VO_(2)max、O_(2)Ppeak、HRR1和HRR2要低于男性。结论:HRR2与VO_(2)max和O_(2)Ppeak具有中等程度的正相关关系,HRR2的测量相对简单且无创,可以考虑纳入日常运动训练监控中。This study aims to investigate the relationship between heart rate recovery(HRR)and maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2)max)and peak oxygen pulse(O_(2)Ppeak)in a population of healthy adults aged 30 to 50.A total of 200 participants(105 males,95 females)were recruited,and their height,weight,and body fat percentage were measured.Data on VO_(2)max,O_(2)Ppeak,and HRR were collected through a cardiopulmonary exercise test.The results showed that HRR1 had a low positive correlation(r=0.461,P<0.01)with VO_(2)max and a low positive correlation(r=0.427,P<0.01)with O_(2)Ppeak.HRR2 had a moderate positive correlation(r=0.612,P<0.01)with VO_(2)max and a moderate positive correlation(r=0.557,P<0.01)with O_(2)Ppeak.Females had lower values of VO_(2)max,O_(2)Ppeak,HRR1,and HRR2 compared to males.In conclusion,HRR2 shows a moderate positive correlation with both VO_(2)max and O_(2)Ppeak.Considering its simplicity and non-invasiveness,HRR2 measurement can be considered for inclusion in routine exercise training monitoring.
