议题举隅、价值向度与叙事路向:体育强国背景下中国体育对外报道探骊——以《人民日报海外版》为例

摘　　要：新时期的中国体育对外报道不仅承载着讲好中国体育故事的传播目标,呈现着体育强国建设的发展历程,更为强国建设、民族复兴的新征程营造着良好的国际舆论环境。本文采用内容分析法等研究方法,对《人民日报海外版》体育相关报道进行分析,试图厘清中国体育对外报道的议题、价值以及叙事策略。研究认为,中国体育对外报道强调了体育在群众健康、体制赋能、经济发展、文化交流及国家利益中的多元价值,呈现了全面、立体、真实的体育强国形象。中国体育对外报道在价值维度上显现出的主要特征为:以全民健身工程提高群众生活品质、以竞技体育成就彰显新型体制优势、以体育产业融合助力国民经济发展、以中华体育精神呈现中国特色体育话语、以特色体育外交构建新型国际交往关系。中国体育对外报道在叙事策略上运用的方式有:以发展为核心宣扬和平理念、聚合个体经历凝成群体画像、以全球化视野呈现本土实践、凸显话语共情增强情感认同等。In the new era,China’s international sports reporting serves not only as a means to tell compelling stories about Chinese sports but also as a platform to showcase the development journey of building a sports power.Furthermore,it plays a crucial role in creating a positive international public opinion environment for the nation’s quest for strength and rejuvenation.This paper utilizes content analysis and other research methods to analyze sports-related reports from the People’s Daily Overseas Edition,with the aim of elucidating the underlying topics,values,and narrative strategies employed in China’s international sports reporting.The findings indicate that China’s international sports reporting highlights the multifaceted value of sports in areas such as public health,institutional empowerment,economic development,cultural exchange,and national interests.It presents a comprehensive,three-dimensional,and authentic portrayal of China as a sports power.The key characteristics of China’s international sports reporting in terms of value dimensions include:improving people’s quality of life through a national fitness program,showcasing the advantages of the new sports system through athletic achievements,promoting economic development through the integration of the sports industry,presenting a unique Chinese sports discourse with the spirit of Chinese sports,and constructing new international relationships through sports diplomacy.The narrative strategies employed in China’s international sports reporting include:promoting peace with development as the core theme,depicting collective profiles through individual experiences,presenting local practices with a global perspective,and fostering emotional identification through empathetic discourse.
