摘　　要：农村女性作为乡村劳动力的重要组成部分,在乡村振兴中扮演着主力军的角色,发挥着主体性作用。利好的时代背景为农村女性创业提供了难得的机遇和可供施展的舞台,越来越多的农村女性精英通过创业实践进入公共空间,为乡村发展贡献着巾帼力量。在嵌入性理论的基础上,从“嵌入-驱动”视角研究农村女性创业活动对于乡村振兴的作用过程和影响效果。基于多位海南省农村创业女性代表的创业实践,通过总结她们创业的成功经验,从中发现农村女性通过创业途径将政策、文化、技术、资本要素嵌入乡村,对乡村产业、人才、文化和组织振兴起到了一定的驱动作用,展现了农村女性在乡村振兴过程中释放的巨大能量。As an important part of the rural labor force,rural women play a major role in rural revitalization and play a subjective role.The favorable background of the times provides a rare opportunity and a stage for rural women’s entrepreneurship,and more and more rural female elites have entered the public space through entrepreneurial practice,contributing to the rural development of women’s power.On the basis of the embedding theory,the function process and effect of rural female entrepreneurial activities on rural revitalization were studied from the perspective of“embedding-drive”.Based on the entrepreneurial practices of representatives of Hainan province rural women entrepreneurs,and by summarizing their successful cases of entrepreneurship,it was found that,rural women had embedded the elements of policy,culture,technology,and capital into the countryside through entrepreneurship,and played a certain driving role in the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,and organizations,which had shown the great energy released by rural women in the revitalization of the countryside.
