农村女性家庭决策赋权对家庭财富的影响研究

摘　　要：女性家庭决策赋权是“她”力量崛起、家庭决策模式不断变化背景下影响家庭财富配置与积累的重要因素。基于中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),构建线性回归模型和Tobit模型实证分析女性家庭决策赋权对农村家庭财富积累与增值的影响。研究表明:妇女在家庭决策上的赋权行为对于农村家庭财富积累具有显著负向影响。机制分析显示,女性做主的决策模式会对家庭收入、家庭固定资产和家庭金融资产产生明显的负向影响,女性家庭决策水平对非财产类债务的正向影响更为显著。异质性分析显示,高龄女性对家庭决策的决断力会更大程度上阻碍农村家庭财富的积累与增值,女性家庭决策赋权对从事农业生产的农村家庭更为不利。因此提出提高乡村女性的人力资本质量、加大金融支农力度等对策建议。The empowerment of female family decision-making is an important factor affecting the al-location and accumulation of family wealth under the background of the rise of“her”power and the changing family decision-making mode.Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),linear regression model and Tobit model were constructed to empirically analyze the impact of fe-male family decision-making empowerment on rural household wealth accumulation and appreci-ation.The research showed that:First,women’s empowerment behavior in family decision-making had a significant negative impact on rural family wealth accumulation.Second,the mechanism ana-lysis showed that the decision-making mode dominated by women would have a significant negative impact on household income,household fixed assets and household financial assets,and the positive impact of female family decision-making level on non-property debts was more significant.Thirdly,heterogeneity analysis showed that older women’s decisiveness in family decision-making would hinder the accumulation and appreciation of rural family wealth to a greater extent,and the empower-ment of female family decision-making was more unfavorable to rural families engaged in agricultur-al production.Based on the research results,this paper put forward some suggestions on improving the quality of rural women’s human capital and strengthening financial support to agriculture.
