摘  要:目的:通过对不同产地三七从显微、薄层、水分、总灰分、浸出物及含量角度进行考察,对三七药材进行质量品质研究,探讨各产地三七药材间的质量差异。方法:依照《中国药典》2020版,对不同产地来源三七药材的水分、总灰分、薄层、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1及三七皂苷R1含量进行测定分析。结果:不同产地所产三七药材性状、显微鉴别和薄层色谱特征明显,水分、总灰分、浸出物及含量均符合药典规定;主成分分析提取2个主成分,累积方差贡献率为70.640%。聚类分析结果显示10批样品可分为4大类。结论:10批不同产地三七在质量品质上有所差异,主成分分析方法、聚类分析法能有效地区分不同产地的三七药材,其中以云南省文山市所产的三七的质量为最优。Objective:To investigate the microscopic,thin layer,moisture,total ash,extract and content of Panax notoginseng from different origins,to study the quality of Panax notoginseng medicinal materials,and to explore the quality differences between Panax notoginseng medicinal materials from different origins.Methods:According to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the moisture,total ash,thin layer,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 and Panax notoginseng R1 contents of Panax notoginseng medicinal materials from different origins were determined and analyzed.Results:The characteristics,microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography characteristics of Panax notoginseng produced from different origins were obvious,and the moisture,total ash,leachables and contents were in accordance with the provisions of the pharmacopoeia.Principal component analysis extracted 2 principal components,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.640%.The results of cluster analysis showed that the 10 batches of samples could be divided into four categories.Conclusion:The quality of 10 batches of Panax notoginseng from different origins was different,and the principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method could effectively distinguish the Panax notoginseng medicinal materials from different origins,among which the quality of Panax notoginseng produced in Wenshan County,Yunnan Province was the best.
