摘 要:本文建立气相色谱法用于PET瓶在不同食品模拟液中2-乙基己醇迁移量的测定方法。色谱柱采用HP-5毛细管柱(30m×320μm×0.25μm),柱温为程序升温(初始温度60℃,保持1 min,以15℃/min的速率升温至250℃,保持2 min),进样口温度为250℃,分流模式为脉冲不分流,载气为氮气,色谱柱流速为2.0 mL/min,检测器为FID检测器,温度为250℃,进样量为1μL。在10%乙醇、4%乙酸和95%乙醇等不同的模拟液条件下,2-乙基己醇为0.5~30 mg/L,其含量与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99972~0.99990;检出限为0.021~0.117 mg/L;定量限为0.07~0.39 mg/L。样品加标回收率为91.0%~130.0%,RSD为0.4%~2.0%(n=6)。在10%乙醇、4%乙酸和95%乙醇等不同食品模拟液迁移浸泡6个月条件下,40批次PET瓶样品中有4批次样品有检出,检出值为0.26~0.56 mg/L。该方法操作简单,准确性和重复性较好,可用于PET瓶在不同食品模拟液中2-乙基己醇迁移量的测定。A gas chromatography method was established for the determination of 2-ethylhexanol migration in PET bottles in different simulated food liquids.HP-5 capillary column(30m×320μm×0.25μm)was used for the chromatography.The column temperature was programmed to heat up(the initial temperature was 60℃for 1 min,and the temperature was raised to 250℃at the rate of 15℃/min for 2 min).The inlet temperature was 250℃,the shitter mode was pulse non-shitter,and the carrier gas was nitrogen.The column flow rate was 2.0 mL/min,the detector was FID detector,the temperature was 250℃,and the sample size was 1μL.Under the different conditions of 10%ethanol,4%acetic acid and 95%ethanol,the content of 2-ethylhexanol in the range of 0.5 mg/L to 30 mg/L has a good linear relationship with the peak area of the chromatography,and the correlation coefficient is 0.99972 to 0.99990.The detection limit was 0.021~0.117 mg/L.The limits of quantification were 0.07~0.39 mg/L.The recoveries were 91.0%~130.0%,RSD 0.4%~2.0%(n=6).Under the condition of migration and immersion of different simulated food liquids such as 10%ethanol,4%acetic acid and 95%ethanol for 6 months,4 out of 40 batches of PET bottle samples were detected,and the detection value was between 0.26 mg/L and 0.56 mg/L.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of 2-ethylhexanol migration in PET bottles in different food simulants.
