摘 要:本文主要研究Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZnWO_(4)的制备以及其对刚果红的吸附性能。本研究采用水热法以十二烷基硫酸钠和尿素为表面活性剂辅助制备出四氧化三铁@钨酸锌复合型吸附材料,并通过X-射线粉末衍射实验(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)和傅里叶红外线光谱分析(FTIR)对其进行表征。在对刚果红的吸附性能测试中,通过改变投入剂量、时间、温度等影响因素探究最佳吸附条件,并进行循环吸附实验。采用紫外可见分光光度计进行检测,结果表明最佳吸附条件为:投入剂量为0.06 g、磁力搅拌时间为9 min、温度为70℃、当刚果红的浓度为50 mg/L,去除率可达86.67%,循环吸附4次后去除率达25.38%,表明此吸附剂相对稳定。This paper mainly studied the preparation of Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZnWO_(4)and its adsorption properties for Congo red.The composite adsorption material of Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZnWO_(4)was prepared by hydrothermal method with sodium dodecyl sulfate and urea as surfactants.It was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).In the adsorption performance test of Congo red,the optimal adsorption conditions were explored by changing the influence factors such as input dose,time and temperature,and cyclic adsorption experiments were carried out.The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions were as follows:input dose of 0.06 g,magnetic stirring time of 9 min,temperature of 70℃,Congo red concentration of 50 mg/L,the removal rate could reach 86.67%,and the removal rate could reach 25.38%after four cycles of adsorption,indicating that the adsorbent was relatively stable.
