摘  要:不溶性硫磺(IS90)是一种高效橡胶硫化促进剂,主要用于制子午线轮胎,其具有的性质能够使钢丝和橡胶更好地黏合在一起,防止胶料喷霜。普通硫磺形成不溶性硫磺主要是通过硫磺遇到高温时,受热激发,S8环双端链打开,形成双端带有自由基的长链,长链经过聚合生成长链聚合硫,再经过淬冷得到不溶性的硫磺。本研究探究了气化一步法制备不溶性硫磺IS90的工艺技术,将液态硫磺电加热升温到500℃,添加5%复合热稳定剂,聚合形成线型不溶性硫磺,进行分离、过滤、干燥、研磨得到粉末不溶性硫磺,再充油,得到充油型不溶性硫磺。本文对复合热稳定剂和不溶性硫磺样品进行FTIR、DSC、XRD、TEM检测,解释复合热稳定剂的作用机理,不溶性硫磺改性热稳定性得到明显改善,可以替代进口。Insoluble sulfur(IS90)was a highly effective rubber vulcanization accelerator,primarily used in the manufacture of radial tire,making steel wire and rubber better bonded together and preventing the spray of rubber.The formation of insoluble sulfur from ordinary sulfur was mainly due to the fact that when the sulfur was heated at high temperature,the S8 ring double end chain opened to form a long chain with free radicals.The long chain was polymerized into long chain polymerized sulfur,the insoluble sulfur obtained by quenching.The preparation of insoluble sulfur IS90 by one-step gasification process was studied.The linear insoluble sulfur could be obtained by electroheating liquid sulfur to 500℃.Adding 5%compound heat stabilizer,separation,filtration,drying,grinding powder insoluble sulfur obtained,and then filled with oil for oil-filled type insoluble sulfur.FTIR,DSC,XRD and TEM were used to detect the composite heat stabilizer and insoluble sulfur.The mechanism of the composite heat stabilizer was explained.The thermal stability of the modified insoluble sulfur was improved obviously,which could be used as a substitute for the imported products.
