硫化钠替代纯碱溶配苯胺黑药的新工艺研究与实践

摘　　要：七宝山铅锌矿的浮选流程为铅锌硫全优先浮选流程,其中,铅浮选采用以硫化钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠为抑制剂,以苯胺黑药和乙硫氮为捕收剂的优先浮铅药剂制度。由于苯胺黑药的水溶性较差,长期以来,选厂用纯碱和苯胺黑药混合配药,以增加苯胺黑药的溶解性。为降低药剂成本、改善选矿指标,自2021年1月起,选厂改用硫化钠与苯胺黑药混合配药。该工艺于2020年12月完成实验室试验研究,2021年1月正式投入生产使用。连续使用两年,铅选矿回收率累计达65.15%,较2016~2020年累计指标64.50%提升了0.65个百分点;纯碱单耗由2016~2020年累计的70 g/t降为0 g/t,取得了良好的技术经济指标,是苯胺黑药配制工艺的重大突破,首创了硫化钠溶配苯胺黑药新技术。The flotation process of Qibaoshan lead-zinc ore is the preferential flotation process of lead-zinc sulfur.The collector used in lead flotation is the mixture of aniline black powder and ethyl sulfide nitrogen,and the zinc inhibitors used in lead flotation are Na_(2)S and ZnSO_(4)+NaSO_(3) as zinc inhibitors.Because of the poor water solubility of aniline black medicine,for a long time,aniline black medicine was mixed with 4%soda ash and 2%aniline black medicine to increase the solubility of aniline black medicine.In order to reduce the cost of the agent and improve the mineral processing index,the mixture of 2%sodium sulfide and 2%aniline black medicine has been used since January 2021.The project will be completed by the end of December 2020 and officially put into production in January 2021.Since it was put into use in January for two consecutive years,the cumulative recovery rate of lead has been 65.15%,an increase of 0.65 percentage points compared with 64.50%from 2016 to 2020.The consumption of soda ash decreased from 70g/t in 2016~2020 to 0.
