摘 要:以金属硫化矿选矿尾渣为研究对象,通过紫外可见分光光度法测定选矿尾渣水浸液中丁基黄原酸含量,该方法工作曲线线性范围内相关系数r均大于0.999,回归方程线性关系良好,可满足固体废物浸出液中丁基黄原酸指标测定需求;精密度考察相对标准偏差满足检测要求;准确度相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.50%,测定方法具有较高重复性,可满足固体废物浸出液中丁基黄原酸指标测定需求。研究结果表明,该方法稳定可靠,可为金属硫化矿选矿尾渣危险特性鉴别、环境事件污染物性质鉴定及特征污染物筛查提供科学的技术方法,值得深入应用。Taking the tailings from metal sulfide ore beneficiation as the research object,the content of butyl xanthate in the water extract of the tailings was determined by UV visible spectrophotometry.The correlation coefficient r within the linear range of the working curve of this method is greater than 0.999,and the linear relationship of the regression equation is good,which can meet the requirements for the determination of butyl xanthate index in solid waste leaching solution;The relative standard deviation of precision inspection meets the detection requirements;The relative standard deviation(RSD)of accuracy is less than 1.50%,and the determination method has high repeatability,which can meet the requirements for the determination of butyl xanthate index in solid waste leaching solution.The research results indicate that this method is stable and reliable,and can provide a scientific technical method for identifying the hazardous characteristics of tailings from metal sulfide ore beneficiation and screening the characteristics of pollutants in environmental events.It is worthy of in-depth application.
