摘  要:芳烃是重要的基础化工原料,而发展芳烃是炼化产业逐步从“燃料型”向“燃料-化工型”和“化工型”转型的重要途径。芳烃装置具有流程长、工艺复杂、运行能耗高的特点,节能降耗有助于提升芳烃装置的竞争力。通过对芳烃联合装置运行能耗进行分析,本研究梳理了装置的主要损耗,如燃料气、电和蒸汽等,并针对性地提出平衡蒸汽、优化分馏塔操作、提升加热炉效率和优化装置负荷,以及采用先进芳烃型催化剂等技术方案和措施,以期进一步降低装置运行能耗,达到行业领先水平。Aromatics is an important basic chemical raw material,and the development of aromatics is an important way for the refining industry to gradually transform from“fuel-based”to“fuel-chemical”and“chemical-based”.Aromatic hydrocarbon plant is characterized by long process,complex process and high energy consumption,so energy saving and consumption reduction can help to improve the competitiveness of aromatic hydrocarbon plant.By analyzing the operating energy consumption of the aromatics plant,the article sorted out the main losses of the plant,such as fuel gas,electricity and steam,and put forward targeted proposals for balancing steam,optimizing the operation of fractionating columns,improving the efficiency of heating furnaces and optimizing the load of the plant,as well as adopting advanced aromatics-type catalysts,which will further reduce the operating energy consumption of the plant to reach the leading level in the industry.
