摘  要:绿色农药是防治病、虫、草等有害生物,保障粮食安全的重要“武器”。农药信息学已成功应用于农药靶标识别、活性成分设计和环境影响评价等农药研究与开发各个阶段。通过系统性整合农药信息学相关的工具、方法等,搭建了一站式在线平台(http://chemyang.ccnu.edu.cn/ccb/database/PIP/),并在此基础上,介绍了其在农药研发中的应用,探讨了农药抗性管理和环境风险评估等农药信息学未来研究方向。旨在充分发挥农药信息学方法及一站式在线平台在农药研发中的作用,指导、助力绿色新农药创制。Green pesticides can prevent and control diseases,pests,weeds and other harmful organisms,which are an important“weapon”for the protection food security.Pesticide informatics has been successfully applied to all stages of pesticide research and development,including target identification,active ingredient design and environmental impact assessment.By systematically integrating tools and methods related to pesticide informatics,we have built a one-stop online platform(http://chemyang.ccnu.edu.cn/ccb/database/PIP/),based on which we introduce its application in pesticide research and development.The future research direction of pesticide informatics such as pesticide resistance management and environmental risk assessment are discussed.We aim to give full play to the role of pesticide informatics methods and the one-stop online platform in pesticide R&D,and to guide and assist the creation of new green pesticides.
